Job Responsibilities

Will be responsible for various tasks within the Accounting Department. This person reports directly to the Controller. Will be responsible for journal entries, general ledger, accounts payables, accounts receivables, financial statements, checking trade references and running D&B reports, preparing deposits and receipts, converting foreign currency and various other accounting duties.

Required Skills

At least 5 years of accounting experience. Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, General Ledger, preparation of deposits and receipts, journal entries, month and year end closing, order entry, wire transfers, credit evaluation. Team player.

Technical Skills

Excel Spreadsheets, 10 key by touch, Accounting software, MS Office

Desired Skills

Foreign currency, budgeting, analysis, audits, opening lines of credit, issuing letters of credit
